Dreaded Boko Haram terrorists have reportedly taken over Gudumbali in Borno State, and have declared the town as its West Africa caliphate headquarters. The report sighted by Naija News on SaharaReporters on Monday morning revealed that a faction of Boko Haram, the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP), has made Gudumbali its Manhaja Jundun Khilafah Wylaya West Africa (Caliphate headquarters).
